Alas, the finale has arrived. For our last episode, we’re discussing quite a number of brand new tricks. The twins and their cadre have joined the last battle and we were on the edge of our seats at every turn! We got clay soldiers, fire tornadoes, bone rituals, and unreasonably powerful tiny dragons. Welcome back folks! We’re closing in on the end. It’s bittersweet! In this episode some unexpected allies join the cause and many of the plans we had no clue about come to fruition. We loved discussing the beginning of the war (battle… singular?) and all the preparations! Some gifts are given, and protagonists say their potential goodbyes to their loved ones. But, sadly, so many things have yet to be explained. For example, we’re questioning...Where’s Lyra??? And what is that diamond for? There’s a lot of things left unturned. Zodiac Academy: Restless Stars Part 3

This week on the Midnight Readers Pod, we discuss some of our favorite topics around here: love, destruction of our enemies, dizzying acid trips in a muggy swamp, and embarrassing moments between siblings. This is Zodiac Academy, and it's still going strong. While there's some problems with the narrative end of this series, we are thrilled to see our protags get some wins (finally), even if they're a little unrealistic. We're also shocked to be learning things this late in the game. Despite Clyde's late arrival, he's not going out with a bang just yet. In the second episode of Restless Stars, our protagonists work together to find the missing stones. The journey leads us to a mysterious mountain with various side quests, followed by a revival of Gabriel's sanity and just in time for a major battle at the The Ugly Dragon's jade palace. This is a fun section - but we're left with just as many questions as before. What's up with Lyra? And will Caleth ever be a thing? Seleb? Calseth? Join us on this week's episode!

What does Clyde have up his sleeve? What could his motivations be? Will the authors wrap this up successfully? All is up in the air as Darcy and Tory escape their prison to find someone has been impersonating them.. and boy it doesn't look good. Plus, Darius struggles with a bit of treasure addiction while everyone tries to get their hands on the fated gemstones. What do those do again? Ah, well.. It's probably not important. Welcome back readers! We have arrived at the final part of Sorrow and Starlight. Its a thrilling finale full of rescues, death, and horrifying shadow monsters that skitter across ceilings. Yeah, Seth is traumatized and so are we. Join us this week as we discuss Tory's brave venture into the underworld, Darcy becoming Christy's new favorite character (shadow beasts!!!), and the logistics of the upcoming book. This week we discuss Franny’s sacrifice, Washer’s “gift” to Tory (and Caleb and Seth?), and the revelation of the bonded men. Shenanigans will occur.
